MEET OUR FOUNDERS

Malcolm Frank

CEO

Malcolm is currently a Board Member for FactSet (NYSE: FDS) and Fingerpaint Marketing. Previously he was President of Cognizant’s tech services organization. He also served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of Cognizant, and helped the company grow from 10,000 to 330,000 employees.Prior to joining Cognizant he was CEO of CXO Systems, CEO of NerveWire, and Senior Vice President of Cambridge Technology Partners. Malcolm is a recognized industry thought leader and frequent speaker of key issues of IT management.  He has presented at industry forums such as WEF Davos, SXSW and NASSCOM. He has also co-authored two best selling books on technology: What to do When Machines Do Everything and Code Halos.

Ed Baum

COO

Ed has decades of experience driving the strategy and operations of technology businesses. Before TalentGenius, Ed held multiple executive roles at Cisco. He ran strategy and planning for Cisco Services, a $10B+ group. He also ran global strategy, planning and operations across the Cisco Cloud Platform & Solutions group and was GM of multiple Cisco Cloud business. These experiences, along with his previous experience as a management consultant, give Ed a keen understanding of the challenges technology job seekers face in the market, paired with insight into what hiring managers are looking for. Ed also served as a CEO mentor for more than a dozen start-ups through Alchemist Accelerator, advising on strategy, operations and fund-raising.

Christopher Walton

CTO

Christopher has built products, brought teams to life and managed complex end-to-end development across the globe. Previously, Christopher has held leadership positions as Chief Product Officer, Global VP & SVP. His primary focus, over a 25 year career, has been on helping companies envision, create, and bring to market successful products that solve real problems. He has proudly been on the development battlefield with fellow team members, as well as leading the charge. He’s experienced corporate culture at massive orgs like Cognizant and run an entire crew as co-founder at a start-up. His function-first product vision empowers the team at TalentGenius to think beyond the plan, and never shy away from making a change, if it’s in the best interest of you, our community.
